Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging with any labels, guards or fittings included.

2. Items we cannot accept back

• Opened seed packets, soil, compost, worm castings, perlite and other growing media.
• Items that have been used in soil, sharpened, modified or assembled beyond a trial fit.
• Cut-to-length hose or tubing.
• Special-order or custom-cut timber.

These exclusions do not apply where an item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered.

3. How to start a return

1. Email infos@zelcorholdings.com with your order number, the SKU and the reason for return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely, include the authorisation number and send it with a tracked service.

Returns sent without an authorisation may be delayed while we identify them.

4. Return postage

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item was damaged, faulty, incorrectly described or incorrectly picked, we pay the return postage or arrange collection.

5. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we issue a refund within five business days to the original payment method or, where an invoice was paid by transfer, to the account used. Refunds cover the price of the goods; original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or the whole order is cancelled under section 7.

6. Damaged or faulty goods

Report damage within seven days of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging. Report a fault that appears later as soon as you notice it. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion and in line with your rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled in full for a complete refund at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
