1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Zelcor Holdings LLC, 2632 Harvest Road, Axtell, KS 66403, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each product by its material, dimensions, variant and SKU. Natural materials such as timber, terracotta and leather vary in grain, tone and finish, and colours may appear differently on your screen. Growing media volumes are nominal and settle in transit.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the item. If an item is unavailable, mispriced or restricted for delivery to your state, we may decline the order or that line and will refund any amount paid for it.

4. Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and delivery unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but not after we have confirmed your order.

5. Payment

Card payment is not currently connected to this store. After you place an order we issue an invoice from infos@zelcorholdings.com with payment instructions, and we dispatch once payment has cleared. Title to goods passes to you on full payment.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Safe use of products

Garden tools, pruning equipment and sprayers can cause injury. Use them for their intended purpose, keep them away from children, follow any instructions supplied and wear suitable protection. You are responsible for using the products safely and lawfully on your own property.

8. Your account

Keep your account details confidential and give us accurate information. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.

9. Website content

The text, product descriptions, images and layout of this site belong to Zelcor Holdings LLC. You may not copy or republish them commercially without our written permission. You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost crops, lost profit or loss of time, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and the United States. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Kansas.
