Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

Zelcor Holdings LLC ships to street addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to freight forwarders. Some seed, soil and compost products are restricted by state agricultural rules; if an item in your order cannot lawfully be sent to your state we will contact you and refund that line.

2. Order processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within one to two business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Central Time are processed the following business day.

3. Delivery estimates

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Oversize freight (raised bed kits, wheelbarrows, carts): 5–10 business days, booked with a delivery window.

These are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and rural routes can add time.

4. Shipping charges

• Standard shipping: $7.95 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 before tax.
• Expedited and oversize freight charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been collected by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will refund the goods but not the original shipping cost.

6. Delays, damage and lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for five business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Report visible damage within seven days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can replace or refund it. Claims outside these windows may be limited by the carrier's own terms.

7. Collection

Collection from 2632 Harvest Road, Axtell, KS 66403 can be arranged by prior appointment for large or heavy items. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm a time.
